⚡ SERVICE TURNAROUND (STRICT CONDITIONS)

All machines are serviced within 72 hours ONLY IF all conditions below are fully met:

• The machine has been received, opened, and checked in by our service team

• The machine has passed initial inspection and diagnosis

• Any required payment has been completed in full

• The client has reviewed and approved the repair and cost breakdown

→ The 72-hour timeframe does NOT start before ALL conditions above are completed

The 72-hour timeframe applies ONLY to bench repair time.

→ It DOES NOT include:

• Shipping time (inbound or return)

• Transit delays

• Customs clearance

• Waiting time for client approval

• Waiting time for payment

• Moving / mechanical components are serviced within this timeframe only if no additional complications are found

 

📋 DIAGNOSTIC & APPROVAL PROCESS

Every machine goes through a mandatory inspection process:

You will receive:

• A full diagnostic report

• A list of all detected issues

• A list of required repairs and parts

• A final price before any work begins

→ No work will be performed without your explicit approval

→ Approval can be written, message confirmation, or payment confirmation

If approval is delayed, service timeline is automatically delayed

 

✔ WARRANTY SUPPORT (STRICTLY LIMITED)

Warranty applies ONLY to verified manufacturing defects.

→ If confirmed, the machine will be:

• Repaired OR replaced at no cost

Warranty is valid ONLY if ALL conditions are met:

• Machine used correctly

• Machine handled properly

• No external damage

• No unauthorized modifications

• No misuse of any kind

 

SWEDEN SERVICE (MANDATORY FOR ELECTRONICS)

• ALL electronic components (PCB, circuitry, internal electronics)

→ MUST be serviced in Sweden (no exceptions)

• Complex or non-moving issues

→ May also be sent to Sweden after diagnosis

⚠ IMPORTANT:

• 72-hour turnaround DOES NOT apply to Sweden service

• Total repair time depends on:

→ Shipping

→ Service queue

→ Parts availability

 

⚠ WARRANTY VOID (ZERO TOLERANCE)

Warranty is IMMEDIATELY VOID if ANY of the following are found:

• Machine has been dropped or impacted

• Any sign of misuse or incorrect operation

• Unauthorized opening, repair, or modification

• Use of non-approved parts or cartridges

• External or internal damage affecting performance

→ We can clearly identify improper handling during inspection

IF WARRANTY IS VOID:

→ The machine is treated as OUT OF WARRANTY

→ ALL costs apply in full

→ $150 service fee + parts + labor (mandatory)

 

⚠ DAMAGE POLICY (FULL LIABILITY)

ANY damage caused after purchase is 100% the client’s responsibility.

This includes (no exceptions):

• Drops / impacts

• Mechanical damage

• Internal wear from misuse

• Liquid damage / contamination

• Incorrect setup or assembly

• Excessive force or improper use

→ ALL DAMAGE IS:

• Documented

• Evaluated professionally

• Charged accordingly

 

🔧 ELECTRONIC SERVICE (CONTROLLED PROCESS)

All electronics are handled under manufacturer-controlled service only:

• Diagnosed in-house → then sent to Sweden

• Repaired using original components only

• Tested under factory standards

→ No third-party or local electronic repairs are allowed

 

💲 REPAIR COSTS (OUT OF WARRANTY)

For any non-warranty case:

→ $150 BASE SERVICE FEE (mandatory, non-negotiable)

→ + ALL required parts (charged separately)

→ + additional labor if required

⚠ The service fee applies even if:

• Minimal repair is needed

• Only adjustment is required

• Issue is minor but requires inspection

 

📦 SHIPPING POLICY (CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY)

ALL shipping-related costs are 100% the client’s responsibility, including:

• Shipping TO service location

• RETURN shipping

• International shipping (including Sweden)

• Customs duties / taxes

• Import / export fees

→ InkMachines is NOT responsible for:

• Shipping delays

• Lost or damaged packages in transit

• Customs delays or fees

 

✔ CLIENT AGREEMENT (BINDING CONDITIONS)

By sending a machine for service, the client automatically agrees to:

• All terms listed above

• Full payment of all service-related costs

• Approval requirement before repairs

• Extended timelines when Sweden service is required

• Responsibility for shipping and logistics
